Enterprise Networking & Communication Services (ENCS) provides a core set of networking and communication services to the Penn State community, in support of the University’s mission to be “a multi-campus public research university that improves the lives of the people of Pennsylvania, the nation, and the world, through integrated, high-quality programs in teaching, research, and service.”
We provide services on the broadest scale, at the Enterprise Network level, to the most personal, individual telephone devices and voicemail options.

SINGLE INBOX FEATURE ENABLED FOR PENN STATE VOICEMAIL
Effective January 28, 2019
With a recent upgrade to the University’s voicemail platform, Penn State IT is now able to offer the Single Inbox feature for voicemail users who are also using Office 365 email. This modern capability creates a connection between voicemail and email for expanded retrieval, management, and storage options.
